Organic Facial & Massage
Organic Facial at Zen Health are similar in style to traditional facials except the chemical based creams and lotions have been replaced with organic products such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, oils, honey and clays. These products are used individually or together to make cleansers, scrubs, toners and moisturisers.
- Our facials also include a face steam and massage to the neck, head and arms.
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy brings with it increasing muscular and joint pain as weight increases and ligaments change. Studies indicate that regular massage during pregnancy can reduce tension, anxiety and improve the flow of blood. Additionally prenatal massage can alleviate edema by stimulating the lymphatic system.
At Zen Health we use a specialized pregnancy cushion, placed securely on the massage table which allows the woman to lie on her stomach. It is very comfortable, a perfect way to experience a traditional style massage.
